From booking to delivery, with no blind spots

A shipment goes through five stages. The platform records every one of them and speaks up when something drifts off plan.

Confirmed

The shipment enters the system

Booking number, carrier, port of origin and estimated departure date are recorded on day one. Everything that happens afterwards is added to that same file.

GPS live

The cargo leaves the supplier

The container is consolidated and leaves with GPS running. Every movement, stop and change of custody stays in the history, with time and location.

Under way

Satellite position and an ETA that corrects itself

While the cargo travels, the platform follows its position and recalculates the arrival date. If the vessel changes rotation or the flight is rescheduled, the ETA adjusts without anyone having to ask.

Under review

The paperwork, all in one place

Transport document, commercial invoice, packing list and certificates live in the shipment file. The broker goes in and takes what is needed, with no email chains.

Delivered

Closed with proof and with numbers

The last mile records proof of delivery and the real time of arrival. The shipment closes comparing plan against outcome, and that figure feeds the monthly indicators.

What changes in the operation

Four effects that show up once the information stops being spread across emails, spreadsheets and phone calls.

  1. Lower operating cost

Fewer hours spent chasing information and fewer overruns from delays that were spotted too late.

  2. Less logistics uncertainty

The ETA stops being last week’s estimate. It is corrected against where the cargo actually is.

  3. Better customer service

Your customer asks and the answer is on screen, with a date and with documents behind it.

  4. Better decision-making

Indicators are calculated on the real operation, not on what someone remembers about the quarter.

Eight capabilities over a single operation

These are not modules bought separately. They are eight views of the same cargo, inside the same platform.
