Privacy policy

This policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your rights. It is drafted in accordance with Chilean Law No. 21,719 on the Protection of Personal Data.
1. Who we are
One Trade International Company SpA, tax ID 77.844.547-6, with registered address at Av. Presidente Kennedy 5600, oficina 507, Vitacura, Santiago, Chile (hereinafter "Q-Onetrade"), is the controller of the personal data collected through this website, qonetrade.com.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when using our form. We do not create user accounts and we do not ask you to register.
When you contact us or request a demo:
- Name
- Email address
- Company
- The message you choose to send us
Technical data: our server logs your IP address, the date and time of the request and the page requested, solely to operate the site and protect it from automated abuse. These logs are not cross-referenced with the data you submit through forms.
We do not collect sensitive data, data relating to children or adolescents, or device geolocation.

We do not profile you, we do not make automated decisions about you, and we do not send unsolicited marketing. Should we wish to send you updates in the future, we will ask you separately and explicitly.
4. How we handle your data, and what we don't do with it
This site does not store your data. We keep no database of visitors. When you submit the form, the information travels encrypted and goes straight to the inbox of the Q-Onetrade commercial team. The site keeps no copy.
Accordingly, your data lives in our corporate email system, not on this website. That is where it is retained and from where your requests are handled.
5. Who we share your data with
- Our email provider, which transports and stores the messages you send us.
- Our web hosting provider, which operates the site's infrastructure.
- Competent authorities, where there is a legal obligation to disclose.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
Some of these providers operate servers outside Chile, in the United States. By sending us your data, it may be transferred to and processed in those countries, under contractual safeguards requiring a level of protection equivalent to Chilean law.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your request for as long as needed to handle it and follow up commercially, and in any case for no longer than 24 months from our last contact with you, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention or you ask us to delete it sooner.
Technical server logs are kept for no longer than 30 days.
7. Cookies and analytics
This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools. We only use the storage strictly necessary for the site to work, such as remembering your language choice. That storage does not identify you and does not require your consent.
8. Your rights
As a data subject, Law No. 21,719 grants you the following rights:
- Access: to know what data of yours we process and obtain a copy.
- Rectification: to correct inaccurate, outdated or incomplete data.
- Erasure: to ask us to delete your data.
- Objection: to object to our processing in certain circumstances.
- Portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format, or have it transferred to another controller.
- Blocking: to request temporary suspension of processing while a request is resolved.
How to exercise them: write to info@qonetrade.com stating which right you wish to exercise and enclosing a document proving your identity. We will respond within the timeframes set by law. Exercising these rights is free of charge.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to the Chilean Personal Data Protection Agency.
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data: the site is served entirely over HTTPS, the form is protected against automated submission and rate-limited, and access to the inbox receiving your requests is restricted to staff who need it.
No measure is infallible. Should a breach affecting your personal data occur, we will inform you and notify the authority as required by law.
10. Minors
This site is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we find that we have received a minor’s data, we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date shown at the top. If the change is substantial, we will announce it prominently on the site.
